How to Use Your Dining Plan

Follow these simple steps to enjoy delicious meals and tasty treats with your dining plan.

​Step One: Choose a Restaurant
Review a list of restaurants participating in your dining plan.

​

Remember, advance dining reservations are highly recommended for Table-Service restaurants.

Step Two: Show ID
Simply present your valid Disney Resort ID (MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass or Key to the World card) to your server or cashier at participating restaurants.

​

Step Three: Track It
There are 3 easy ways to track your dining plan meals and snacks.

​

  • Use the My Disney Experience app

  • Check your most recent dining receipt

  • Visit the Resort Concierge or any Guest Relations location and ask about your remaining meals and snacks

​

To track your remaining meals and snacks via the My Disney Experience app, visit the “My Resort Stay” section. Then, select “Check Dining Plan” to view the status of your dining plan meals and snacks—total issued, already redeemed and still available.​​​​

Mobile Order

Use your dining plan to place an order on the go with the My Disney Experience app.

Download the app to view eligible restaurants and items, then make your selection!

This convenient service includes:

  • Quick-Service Dining
    Save time and avoid the line! Order ahead and have your meal prepared as soon as you arrive at the restaurant.

  • Table-Service To Go
    Craving a delicious meal during your Resort stay… but you don’t want to dine in a restaurant? Order meals to pick up from participating Table-Service restaurants at select Disney Resort hotels.

Order Meals and Snacks from Anywhere!

​

​Whether you’re on your way to a thrilling attraction, enjoying the magic of an exciting parade, or finding yourself directly in front of a mouth-watering dining location you’d like to try, we want to make it easier for you to order, pay for and pick up fresh food, snacks and desserts throughout Walt Disney World Resort. All you need is your phone and the My Disney Experience app.

Order and Prepay Using the App

​​

First, select the "+" on the bottom center of your screen, and choose “Order Food.” Then, you will be able to pick an available mobile order location, set your arrival time and choose the items you wish to order. You can even customize certain menu items to your taste. After you’ve reviewed your selections, you will be able to pay for your order using a credit card, debit card, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, Apple Pay or Disney dining plan.

​Let them Know When You Arrive

​

Once you’re at the mobile order location during your designated arrival time, just select the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button so the kitchen can begin making your order.​

​

​Pick Up Your Order

​

You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready at the counter with the “Mobile Order Pick Up” sign.

​

​Mobile ordering is now available at more than 60 locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort, so you can spend less time waiting in line for food during your visit to the theme parks and Disney Springs.​
